STEMCELL Technologies RoboSep-S automated cell separator, manufactured September 2021, from Be Biopharma and supplied with an extensive assortment of 13 EasySep magnetic accessories and USB Key.
Preventive Maintenance service and testing was performed by STEMCELL and this instrument has been in storage unused since OEM PM service.
The RoboSep-S performs automated column-free immunomagnetic separation for research workflows, with simultaneous or sequential processing of up to four samples.
In-hand photographs document the actual instrument, serial number RSS-2585, and power-on with the green power indicator illuminated and STEMCELL startup screen visible.
Included accessory assortment: Seven silver EasySep magnets, three black-topped EasySep magnets, two purple EasySep magnets, and one larger orange-topped EasySep magnet, together with the photographed black holder and STEMCELL-branded USB key. These are mixed EasySep formats; compatibility with an individual assay, tube format, or RoboSep workflow should be confirmed. USB contents have not been verified.

Preventive Maintenance service and testing was performed by STEMCELL and this instrument has been in storage unused since. This RoboSep-S was acquired from Be Biopharma, a biotechnology research laboratory, where it was represented as functional at decommissioning. In-hand photographs document basic power-on: the green power indicator illuminates and STEMCELL and Windows startup screens appear on the touchscreen. We have not completed a cell separation protocol or a full functional bench test in-house. The previous-laboratory idle tag lists 04.03.24 as the last service date and directs preventive maintenance before returning the instrument to operation. Preventive maintenance tag from STEMCELL dated 4/24 confirms this service was performed. The instrument is backed by our 45-day return and warranty policy, and we stand behind the equipment we sell.
