HOW THIS ITEM WAS TESTED

This unit was removed from active service at Novavax in working order during facility decommissioning. Throughout its service life it was maintained under an active Getinge service contract, and was last factory-calibrated by a Getinge service technician on April 8, 2025 — calibration valid through April 7, 2026 per the OEM sticker (visible in photos, signed by the technician). We don't operate a bioreactor lab in-house, so we can't run a full end-to-end process test in our facility — but we put our money where our mouth is. This unit is guaranteed to arrive fully functional and defect-free, at no risk or cost to you.

Thought day 90, if the unit fails to power on, fails to serve its web interface, or any of its four peristaltic pumps or four mass flow controllers fails to function, we will at our option repair using parts from our matched inventory of identical units, replace from reserve stock, or refund in full including return shipping. Buyer must report the issue with photo or video documentation within the warranty window. We hold reserve inventory specifically to honor this warranty.

IMPORTANT POINTS

❗ Power cable included only upon request — we have a limited number, so if you already have standard IEC C13 cables in your lab, please let the next buyer have one.
❗ No motor included. This is a controller-only listing. Stirrer motor (Applikon Z510002121) is required for vessel agitation and is sold separately.
❗ No accessories beyond what is pictured. pH probes, DO sensors, heating blanket, vessels, and headplates are sold separately.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS: We cover shipping costs for returns within the US in cases of undisclosed defects identified during the return period. If a return is initiated for reasons other than undisclosed defects, the Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. For items shipped for free, we reserve the right to deduct our actual shipping costs from your refund depending on the return reason.

WARRANTY ADJUSTMENTS: The warranty period is reduced to 45 days for sales where a price negotiation has occurred, unless the original warranty was specified for less than 45 days, in which case the original period will apply.

WARRANTY CLAIMS: We reserve the right to replace, repair, or issue a pro-rated refund for warranty claims, based on the feasibility of servicing options.
