PackworldUSA PW5036 Pneumatic Impulse Heat Sealer in very good condition. This is a floor-mounted, industrial heat sealer with a 36" nominal seal width (approximately 39" actual heated length), designed for consistent, repeatable sealing of bags, pouches, and layflat tubing.

The unit is factory-built by PackworldUSA and identified on the nameplate as Model PW5036, with internal configuration P/N 420-4477. It features pneumatic jaw actuation (up to 100 PSI), stainless-steel enclosure, emergency stop, and integrated pressure gauge/regulator. Electrical is 208–230V, 60 Hz.

This machine was labeled as a spare, suggesting limited or no use. It is complete, pallet-mounted, and ready for freight shipment.

A roll of heat-sealable packaging film is included as shown.

Ideal for medical device packaging, biotech/pharma labs, clean packaging operations, or industrial kitting where long, uniform seals are required.
