We purchased these from Agilent who has sold them in bulk for remarketing. We can not be completely certain if they are unused, but beleve so and have sold dozens over the past years as new and have received no returns, complaints or warranty claims.

This unit was decommissioned and acquired from Agilent for remarketing. We acquire a lot from Agilent with very low defect and failure rates as would be expected with Agilent sourced product. These are believed fully functional and as such will be guaranteed to be without defect. We do not have the equipment to test these fully, however we put our money where our mouth is and guarantee this item as fully functional without flaws at no risk or cost to you.
